One 2 One Sessions

I have been working with people for over 15 years to help them to overcome any limiting beliefs or fears to create the life they want to lead. Whether it is managing stress, creating a desired mindset or changing direction in life I help people to develop the self-awareness to be their own guide and find their own answers.

If you would like to work with me on a one-2-one basis I offer in person or Skype coaching sessions, as well as tuition on meditation, breath and relaxation techniques. Some people have one or the other and some people like a combination of both so we can discuss what it is you are looking for and go from there.
